Used And Vintage Amps

Have we got a vintage bass for you, and this might be one of the coolest (and rarest) vintage basses that we've had here -- behold the Burns Nu-Sonic Bass in Black! This instrument hails from 1965, which of course is a magical year in music history.  After all it is the year of Satisfaction, Help! and Wooly Bully.  Don't forget the Sonny & Cher classic, I Got You Babe.

This model was a Burns' instrument after mid-1964, introduced to replace the original 1960 Sonic series. This bass features a shorter scale body and comfortable neck profile with a pair Nu-Sonic single-coil pickups. You get individual volume, master tone, and a 3-pickup selector.  It's a suprisingly versatile bass, and super comfortable to play.  We were all blown away by this bass when it danced its way into our hands.

We've been fans of vintage Burns instruments for a long time, and are lucky enough to come across ones like this.  It's a bolt-on bass that gives you the best of look, feel, and sound of vintage cool. This Nu-Snic is in excellent condition, especially considering it's age, has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop, and comes with its original hardshell case.   We have a feeling that it won't be here long!
