This guitar features a double cutaway mahogany body that is slightly thinner (1.5”) than normal, making it a bit lighter and more comfortable. For a distinctive look, the guitar is finished in an exclusive satin nitrocellulose lacquer color, developed with Rick and named Sparkling Burgundy Satin, and Rick’s signature is reproduced on the truss rod cover. The mahogany neck has a slim taper with a rosewood fingerboard. with 22 medium jumbo frets.

This Les Paul Special Double cut comes equipped with a pair of P90 pickups. These pickups are prized for their thick tones but with single-coil articulation. You get individual volume and tone controls. The Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece give you great sustain and easy intonation adjustment. This is a great all around guitar perfect for any playing styles and offers a unique twist on a Gibson classic.

The guitar came to us from one of our favorite sources - a long-time customer that will play a guitar once or twice and then bring it to us, super clean and virtually new.  This one is no exception.  It's in excellent condition and comes with its original hardshell case.  The techs in our shop have set it up to play perfectly so it's ready to go.
