The G5420T features a laminated maple body and a trestle block bracing to help reduce unwanted feedback. The trestle block design provides more attack with more focus, snap, and increased sustain. The set maple neck features a classic "C"-shaped with a  12"-radius and laurel fingerboard with pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays. 

You will love the big full bodied tone of this hollow body that is packed with a pair of Gretsch FT-5E Filter'Tron pickups! These pickups give you the perfect blend of thick tones with excellent articulation and that classic Gretsch chime. These Filter'Trons are humbucking pickups that still provide a bit of sparkle especially with the hollow body.

The versatile control layout which includes a master volume with treble bleed circuit, master tone, individual pickup volume controls and three-position pickup toggle switch gives you plenty of tonal options to choose from. This G5420T comes with a slew of classic appointments such as oversized bound F-holes, multi-ply body binding, smaller late-'50s G6120 bound headstock, and vintage-style open-back tuning machines. It  also comes with modern upgrades such as a Graph Tech® NuBone nut. Of course let's not forget this a T model so it comes with always expressive Bigsby B60 vibrato tailpiece that is stabilized with an Adjusto-Matic™ bridge.

This Grestch G5240T is in excellent condition and looks brilliant in its Walnut stain with silver pickguard.  It's been setup by the techs in our shop and is ready for you!
