Pre Owned 2011 Marshall AFD100 Slash Signature Guitar Amp Head
Time to whet your appetite for great tones with this Marshall AFD 100 guitar amp head! We just took this one in. We just wish we could crank it all the way up to shake the beams in the building but the neighbors may have issues with that. Amps like this is why we're building full soundproofed amp rooms in our new store.
This Slash-approved signature Marshall amp head is a 100-watt behemoth of tone that at the flip of switch gives you two distinct signature amp tones from one amp. You can select between Slash's "34" Marshall and his "Appetite" Marshall. Both are distinct voicings of the classic Marshall sounds.
This is a 6550 tube amp with no compromises in power and is incredibly versatile for any playing situation with its onboard power attenuation. It lets you get full tube breakup and distortion at any volume you want! This amp features a 3-Band EQ, Presence, Gain, Volume, and Master Volume controls. You also get an FX loop as well for your favorite modulation or delay effects.
This is an unbeatable signature amp for iconic Marshall tones. It was built in 2011 and has stayed in great condition - it's obvious that the previous owner took great care of it. In fact, it comes with the original box, cover, and even a t-shirt. This thing is ready to rock!
Slash started to use the Marshall AFD100 head as his main live amp during his World Tour 2010-2011. From when the amp came out, in the words of the man himself:
