You get a 40-watt 6v6 powerhouse that is tonal flexible. You get a half-power switch to go between 2 tubes @ 20-watts or all four @ 40-watts. Perfect for dialing in whatever space you're playing in. You have a completely tweakable line with Master Volume, 3-Band EQ, Reverb and even Tremolo. You also get a boost that can be activated by footswitch.
The amp includes a 12" Eminence special design speaker, which completes this awesome amp package. The Z-LUX comes with high-quality components like hand-rolled Jupiter caps, Mallory 150s and classic orange drop caps specifically selected for each stage.
This particular Z-Lux has the MKII update, done by Dr. Z, which is as follows:
- Master Volume and Voicing updates so that it's more touch sensitive
- EQ, increased Sensitivity & Reverb updates
- Noise Floor Reduction update
- Black/ Silver switch update (rear mounted - adjusts amp to get a softer or firmer playing feel).
