Have we got an amp for you - here is the Tone King Metropolitan! This is a 40-watt 6V6 amp unlike any other crafted by master amp builder Mark Bartel.  It's a model that's no longer made, and hard to come by.

What you get is a two-channel amp that has individual power for each channel. The "Rhythm" channel is your clean channel that gives you everything from sparkly "blackface" to gritty "tweed" tones. The "Lead" channel is your dirtier channel with a "Mid-Bite" control to give you more aggressive grit and crunch. This amp also has a fantastic spring reverb that is for both channels.

Controlling each channels output gives a world of tones to choose from and the output power scales from 1-watt to full power at 40-watts and pairs well with its custom 1x12" speaker.  From bedroom to stage, the Metropolitan covers you.

Featuring a custom-designed Tone King speaker, four 6V6GT power tubes, four 12AX7 and one 12AT7 preamp tubes, and a 5AR4 rectifier, the Tone King Metropolitan provides a warm resonance with a lovely midrange chime and three-dimensional sound. The combination of these elements creates crisp clean tones and offers the ability to achieve British rock overdrive and distortion.
