Used Fender Pawn Shop Greta Guitar Amp Head with Matching Cabinet
Remember the Greta? Maybe you do, maybe you don't. Either way, here's a chance to get a rare thing from Fender: an amp that looks like no other Fender amp, and doesn't have the Fender logo on it. We were excited to see this one walk in the door - the Pawn Shop Greta Amp Head with Matching Cabinet.
Released in 2012 to much fanfare, the Greta came out with the Excelsior as the first two amps in the Fender Pawn Shop Series. It's a fantastic little table top amp head that is powered by a single 12AX7 and a 12AT7 preamp tube. The Greta pumps out 2-watts of power. It features a retro amp chassis that looks very much like a vintage radio. It also features a VU meter so you can see your signal push your amp. You get super simple controls of Volume and Tone. This little amp gives you a great tube breakup when cranked up!
The Greta is a standalone amp, but this package also comes with a matching cabinet (1x12). While the Greta's own 4" speaker sounds fine for tabletop usage, if you want to go jam with this thing, the additional 12" cabinet is going to make it possible. Turned up and fully rocking, this rig sounds great, looks super cool, and is a rare find.
The Greta also has a 1/4" output to drive other amps and a 1/8" aux in to plug in other audio sources.
This is a great package in great condition and ready for you!
